What's New in Version 3.4.2

Sweat’s mission is to positively impact the lives of as many women possible through health and fitness. In order to help achieve this we have worked hard to foster the world's largest women's fitness community as a support network. Now, for the first time ever, it’s available in our app. View weekly blogs from our contributors, trainers and Sweat, chat in discussion forums and get the support, motivation and education you need to succeed with your goals.

Of course, it’s all about that Sweat in your workouts. To finish the year off with a bang we just released extensions to our programs, BAM Yoga - Sjana Elise and BBG Stronger - Kayla Itsines to keep you going on your fitness journey.
